- When do the classes take place?
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Full details will be sent out after you register.
- What if I can't make a class?
There is a lot of material to cover, and you'll get the most out of this course by attending every class, but we understand that life can get in the way! For that reason, we can arrange for you to get any course materials that were missed, and you can catch up with the instructor at the start of the next class. In addition, if you miss a class that we're doing again in the future, and we have a space available, you can attend that, too.
- Are we going to see real houses?
YES! The course includes two field trips, both which go to real houses. This course isn't just IN the classroom, it's outside, in the field, too.
- Will I get any one-on-one time with the instructors?
YES! One of the reasons we keep the class size so small is so you have more one-on-one time with the instructors. We find that there's more interaction and learning in smaller, more intimate classroom settings than in bootcamp style events.
- Is this all the training I need to get a deal done?
YES! This course is a comprehensive soup to nuts wholesale buying course where you'll lean how to find, pickup, wholesale and make money from properties not just in this market, but in any market.
- What if I can't find any buyers for my property?
If you "buy right", the way we teach you in class, you'll always have a buyer lined up. "Who?" you may ask... Your instructors will buy YOUR deals from you, if you buy how they teach! Of course, you can also hang onto your deals, wholesale them and more, but you ALWAYS have a wholesale buyer in your back pocket when you buy right!
- Will I get continued support after the class?
