Dear James,
Just thought I'd drop you a note and let you know of my progress in the first 30

Deal # 1 : I helped one of my investors locate a "Rent-to-Own" Tenant for a
house I recently sold him. I did the paperwork and split the $4,000.00 option
consideration with him. My profit $2,000.00.
Deal # 2 : I located a "Rent-to-Own" tenant for one of my properties. I received
an option price that is the top of the market without any expenses. Monthly
rental is at high market. Collected option consideration in the amount of
