mentor will work with you one-on-one to complete the deal, and we'll be there to

How soon will I get a response?
When you submit your request, we'll pass it onto an appropriate mentor who works in
your area and can work with you on the deal. We'll follow up ASAP by email or phone.
What kind of help can I expect?
We'll set you up with a mentor who will work with you on completing the deal. Our
and their assistance will help you to not only get the deal done, but to make valuable
contacts, learn along the way, and get some first-hand experience at working
a foreclosure investment. You can expect us and your mentor to help out with paperwork,
entity setup, funding, mentoring, negotiation, and more.
If we list the property, who ends up listing it?
If the agreed upon exit strategy is to sell the property on the open market,
we'll coordinate the listing and selling of the property.
Whose attorney will be used to draft paperwork?
We have an attorney on retainer who can help with any legal matters.
What makes for a good deal?
There needs to be enough equity in the deal, and it has to be within an area that we cover.
