ending Friday, November 6, 2009, 71 less new foreclosed
properties than last week with 436 new foreclosure filings.
Broken down by county, Barnstable County had 18 foreclosures, Berkshire County had 4 foreclosures, Bristol County had 35 foreclosures, Dukes County had 2 foreclosures, Essex County had 46 foreclosures, Franklin County had 5 foreclosures, Hampden County had 27 foreclosures, Hampshire County had 3 foreclosures, Middlesex County had 55 foreclosures, Norfolk County had 27 foreclosures, Plymouth County had 40 foreclosures, Suffolk County had 45 foreclosures, and Worcester County had 58 foreclosures.
The biggest movers from last week to this week were Essex County (5% increase, 44 -> 46), Berkshire County (0% decrease, 4 -> 4), and Dukes County (0% decrease, 2 -> 2).
