ending Friday, December 25, 2009, 187 more new foreclosed
properties than last week with 211 new foreclosure filings.
Broken down by county, Barnstable County had 21 foreclosures, Berkshire County had 3 foreclosures, Bristol County had 35 foreclosures, Dukes County had 4 foreclosures, Essex County had 55 foreclosures, Franklin County had 4 foreclosures, Hampden County had 29 foreclosures, Hampshire County had 3 foreclosures, Middlesex County had 58 foreclosures, Nantucket County had 3 foreclosures, Norfolk County had 36 foreclosures, Plymouth County had 47 foreclosures, Suffolk County had 33 foreclosures, and Worcester County had 67 foreclosures.
The biggest movers from last week to this week were Dukes County (300% increase, 1 -> 4), Franklin County (300% increase, 1 -> 4), and Essex County (150% increase, 22 -> 55).
