As Massachusetts attorney Burton Kliman likes to say, "When you're working with a short sale, you can be sitting on a keg of dynamite or a pot of gold."

Local attorney Burton Kliman has been working in the default servicing industry for the past 28 years dealing with short sales and REOs. Due to his industry connections, and his intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of short sales, he's been helping his clients (including many ForeclosuresMass members) to steer clear of the kegs of dynamite and properly do short sales.
