No longer is real estate investing just the subject of late night television and bootcamps.

Investing in real estate has indeed become a career for many local employees turned investors.

School teachers have given up their jobs, struck out on their own, and put together deal after deal. One of our members left his post as a history teacher and completed 7 deals before the end of his first year.

High-tech executives have left the world of corporate to build a real estate portfolio. In one member's case, he left his big corporate job, bought his first rental property (in Malibu), and then began expanding his portfolio in no time.
