Hello and Welcome!
 |
With one solid quarter of the year left to go, you've still got plenty of
time to achieve your 2006 goals. That said, the market has shifted since
the turn of the year nine months ago, and successful investors will be
those who stay creative and who continue to invest in their own education.
This month, we take a look at some innovative approaches to profiting in
uncertain times.
We begin with an information-packed article from James Gage, best selling
author and internationally known expert in "Lease Purchase" investing.
First, Jim explains the concept of lease purchase and describes why he's
so passionate about it. Next, he goes on to provide 11 experience-tested
tips for making sure your next lease purchase deal stays on track!
In our second article, negotiation expert and property investor Richard
Cohen returns to ForeclosuresMass Monthly, as he offers insights into how
to make contractor negotiations successful. According to Richard, it all
comes down to one word: Relationships. Richard explains why these are so
critical to your success and offers specific guidelines for strengthening
and benefiting from strong contractor relationships.
Our "Nothing Succeeds Like Success" spotlight this month is on Susan
Munafo, Founder of HomeFree Real Estate Group. Although relatively new to
New England investing (less than a year), Susan has wasted no time in
diving into the foreclosure market. In addition to providing specifics on
a recent deal, Susan graciously offers her insights into what has helped
her generate profits in such a short amount of time. This is a must read
for any new investor!
As always, we wrap up with our regular feature, "Debbie Siegel's Mortgage
Minute." This month, Debbie takes a look at "Option ARMs," and shines a
light on this often misunderstood concept. As Debbie explains, the
"payment rate" and the "interest rate" are not the same thing!
* Next 37 17 investors only!
Until next month, keep learning, keep investing and keep profiting!
Best regards,
